About Me
Hello, I am Timothy Harrigan, founder of Initial Point Land Surveying, L.L.C. I have worked in the land development, civil engineering, and land surveying industry for over 28 years. For the last 22 years, I have specialized in land surveying, including being a licensed professional land surveyor for 16 years. My work spans public and private sectors, delivering precise, reliable solutions for property boundaries, land development, and infrastructure projects. I bring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence with every project, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction. My passion is helping property owners achieve their goals with reliable, high-quality surveying services.
Outside of work, I am married to my lovely wife, Angela, of 27 years, and we have three children: Autumn (26), Joshua (24), and Ezekiel (19). I cherish Idaho's outdoors, enjoying hunting, fishing, and the state's natural beauty. As a proud American patriot, I'm dedicated to serving our community with integrity.
